Have your kids learn from the best and join us for our first Kids Boxing Summer Camp June 25-Aug3! Our camp is open to boy and girls of all fitness and experience levels. Not only we will teach proper boxing technique, but we will also be introducing the basics of nutrition, conditioning exercises for boxing as well as other sports, self defense moves and how to properly stretch.

We will start promptly at 10am every morning and end at 1pm.
